The Kundakala Collective
This is a collection of women who have started to earn an income through the skills gained via our programmes. Our graduates are encouraged to take their first step towards creating income for themselves and their families from the safety of the Kundakala ecosystem.
Some of them make products which we sell online whilst encouraging the women to display at local markets.
Others perform alterations and repairs services either with us when we visit events and employer offices or in their local community.

Kundakala graduates take part in events and visit offices to repair clothes on the spot.
They split the income received amongst themselves and get an opportunity to connect with clients.

On graduation day a few people bought some of my products and I was like wow, that's exciting. A little overwhelming but so exciting! It's given me that boost of confidence that I can make a product from scratch, starting from Kundakala really because without them I wouldn't have learnt how to make things or feel like I could put my stuff out there.

The quality of Maggie’s work is superb, and worth double what she asked for. I am delighted and hope to use her skills again. You can have complete confidence in the quality, speed and alacrity of her work.
