This colourful lady dressed in North Indian attire strikes a charming pose whilst a swan looks at her enquiringly. Set against a blue background, the painting has been printed upon  “mulmul”, a soft weave of cotton which is also as known as Muslin. Originally woven in the cotton mills of Dhaka, the fabric is biodegradable and gets better with every wash. We are aiming to minimise our environmental footprint as much as possible and to do away with unnecessary packaging. All scarves will be delivered in a small hand-made reusable fabric pouch, Batwa, at no added cost.

Scarf size: 68 inches x 40 inches.

The scarves have been created by attendees of our Make and Mend workshops in Barnet and in Hackney. Proceeds from all our products are used to fund our tailoring and employability programme.
